Cancellation Policy for Affordable Benefits Solutions
At Affordable Benefits Solutions, we value your membership and want to ensure a clear understanding of our cancellation process.
1. Cancellation Notice: To avoid being charged for your next billing cycle, you must call our billing department at 855-938-2398 at least 5 business days before the start of that cycle.
2. Direct Contact Required: Members must contact our office directly to initiate the cancellation process. Cancellations cannot be processed through any other agencies.
3. Final Billing Cycle: If cancellation is not completed within the required timeframe, you will be charged for the upcoming billing cycle.
